Vern Schultz, SIOR, has been active in Chicago-area commercial real estate for more than 35 years. He joined Colliers in 1977 and currently serves as an Executive Vice President in the Industrial Advisory Group, representing tenants and owners throughout the Chicago market. Since joining Colliers, Vern has completed more than 1,000 transactions with a total value exceeding $2 billion.
Vern lives in Chicago with his wife, Bobbie. Outside of work, he is a highly rated table tennis player, an avid reader and travels frequently to Colorado to visit his daughter and two grandsons.
