Vern Schultz, SIOR has been involved in commercial real estate in the Chicago area for over 35 years. He joined Coliers in 1977 and is currently an executive vice president within the industrial Advisory Group. Vern works with tenants and owners in the Chicago area. Since joining Colliers, Vern has competed over 1,000 transactions with a total value exceeding $2 billion.
